For years it has been the highlight of the event calendar: the Customer Activity Day of Carl Stahl Süd GmbH. On Wednesday, July 18, more than 350 guests accepted the invitation to the Carl Stahl location in Ottobrunn near Munich. From 8-17 o'clock the customers expected innovative rope, lifting and safety technology to touch. Under the motto"Connected to Safety", this year's focus was not only on the classic area of lifting technology, but also in particular on personal protective equipment against falls from a height, handling systems, modern crane systems, Carl Stahl Industrie 4.0 solutions and workplace ergonomics.
A total of 18 suppliers presented their products and services on the extensive company premises. Among them many novelties. The customers were"actively" involved and experienced many exciting topics and practical demonstrations. At the individual stations, the participants had ample opportunity to discuss the problems in a relaxed atmosphere. The presentation by Prof. Dr. Einhaus from BG Bau on the topic of"Occupational safety and earnings" aroused particular interest. And those who were free from vertigo could be lifted up to over 40 m with a hoist and could enjoy the view from above.
Of course, the physical well-being of the guests was also very well taken care of. And in keeping with the state, the weather was like a white-blue sky. All in all it was a completely successful event which also showed the feedback of the visitors. The balance of Managing Director Tobias Kehrer is also absolutely positive: "I am delighted to see once again how much customer interest there is in our active days. This encourages us in our decision to make the active day a permanent event".
